‘I am not creative’ – It’s what many of us think. Or, ‘I am creative but don’t have resources.’ Every day many of us kill ideas by sabotaging them with too many questions or self-doubt. Ann takes you on a quest to show that creativity is in fact a process that comes with phases and you need to put on a different mask for each of them. This event was fully organised by student volunteers from Newcastle University, UK. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
